Temporall CW’s Scoring component is built to provide you with detailed scoring results retrieved in real-time from the campaign. The data that is retrieved can be quite overwhelming and thus we have converted all the data into exactly what we need, data that makes sense.

We have built various charts and visual representations of the data to give you results that you can understand and utilise.

Section 1

CPS Overview

The CPS overview page is comprised of a few charts to display - as the header suggests - an overview of the scoring, retrieved from the campaign.

Follow these screenshots:

  1. This is the campaign comparing function, you can apply this to get a visual comparison of 2 campaigns of your choice. (you can only compare campaigns that took place before the currently selected campaign)

  2. CPS cards - here you can see a score for each of the Macro Attributes in the campaign.

  3. The CPS Breakdown chart displays the Macro Attributes (POLT) in a column chart, this chart has 2 drill-down levels per attribute.

  4. The CPS Radar chart displays the Macro Attributes (POLT) in a spider chart, this chart has 2 drill-down levels per attribute.

  5. The CPS Detailed chart displays the Macro Attributes (POLT) in a Stacked Bar chart, this chart has 2 drill-down levels per attribute.

Here are the same pages at the first and second drill-down levels.

Section 2

Micro Attributes

  1. This is a representation of all Micro Attributes combined into a single chart, the purpose of this is to have a centralised view of all Micro Attributes and how they stand in accord/comparison with one another.

  2. Top 3 Micro Attributes derived from all the Macro Attributes (POLT). This is completely based on their score, the highest 3 will be shown here. These attributes are not necessarily at a safe score if they are on top but still have a low score they could still need some attention.

  3. Bottom 3 Micro Attributes derived from all the Macro Attributes (POLT). This is completely based on their score, the lowest 3 will be shown here. These are typically areas that require your attention, but it does not mean they are failing. If you have a company that is excelling in all areas this could simply give you some perspective of what areas are at the bottom end of the spectrum. But they could be at, for example, 80, 79, 78 and still be the bottom three because of the high standard.

  4. This component contains all the Micro Attributes with their scores. They are nested in the Macro Attribute - People. Below this, you will find the same component repeating. In each repetition, the component contains the content of each of the other Macro Attributes.

Section 3

Questions

  1. Top 3 Questions derived from all the Micro Attributes. This is completely based on their score, the highest 3 will be shown here. These questions are not necessarily at a safe score if they are on top but still have a low score they could still require some attention.

  2. Bottom 3 Questions derived from all the Micro Attributes. This is completely based on their score, the lowest 3 will be shown here. These are typically areas that require your attention, but it does not mean they are failing. If you have a company that is excelling in all areas this could simply give you some perspective of what areas are at the bottom end of the spectrum. But, they could, for example, be at 80, 79, 78 and still be the bottom three because of the high standard.

  3. This component contains all the questions with their scores. They are nested in the Macro Attribute - People. Below this, you will find the same component repeating. In each repetition, the component contains the content of each of the other Macro Attributes.

Section 4

Heat Map

  1. Switch between the standard Heat Map and the favourability Heat Map.

  2. This is the custom-built Heat Map, the colours are based on the score. The higher the score the darker green they will become, the lower the score the darker the red they will become.

  3. Filter - Choose the filter you want to be active on the Heat Map. This will filter the data to show only data applicable to the chosen filter.

  4. Macro Attribute

  5. Micro Attribute

  6. Questions

Section 5

eNPS

eNPS is short for employee Net Promoter Score. This is at the same level as a Macro Attribute but is calculated differently and therefore has been allocated a separate component.

  1. This is an overview of the statistics regarding the eNPS component.

  2. All eNPS questions are displayed from best scoring to worst scoring.

  3. Click here to view comments for that specific question. See the next screenshot. (this view is available for all questions)

  4. Here you can freely browse all eNPS questions and answers given to each.

  5. Click here to view an in-depth scoring of each question. This is addressed later in the document. (this view is available for all questions and Micro Attributes)

  1. This view is called the Comments view, these answers are a part of the Sentiment component.
  2. This is an overview of all the scores each answer received in this question.
    • Unscored - Not yet scored
    • N/A - Should not be scored (based on question)
    • Negative/Neutral/ Positive
  3. This is the individual score each answer received.

  1. This pop-up displays when the drill-down button is clicked. (Number 5 of the first screenshot in the eNPS section)

  2. The label displays the different options when answering and how many people chose which option.

  3. The number of people that answered this specific question.

Section 6

Culture

Culture is at the same level as a Macro Attribute but is calculated differently and therefore has been allocated a separate component.

  1. This is an overview of the statistics regarding the Culture component.

  2. All Culture questions are displayed from best scoring to worst scoring.

  3. Click here to view comments for that specific question. This has been addressed in Section 5 of eNPS.

  4. Here you can freely browse all Culture questions and answers given to each.

  5. Click here to view an in-depth scoring of each question. This has been addressed in Section 5 of eNPS.
